This website is operated by Armoria Studio LLC, a limited liability company with its principal place of business at 105 Indiana Avenue, Thorsby, AL 35171, United States. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Armoria Studio LLC; “you” refers to the person visiting this site or placing an order.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.

3. Products, descriptions and colour

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and finish. Photographs are of real production pieces, but please note:

  • Timber varies. Grain pattern, tone and figure differ from piece to piece and from the photographs shown. This is a characteristic of solid wood, not a defect.
  • Colour varies by screen. The brown of walnut and the warmth of brass will render differently on different displays. We cannot guarantee that a screen reproduces a finish exactly.
  • Dimensions are approximate to within 5 mm, because each piece is finished by hand.

If an item does not match its description in a material way, you may return it under our Returns and Refunds Policy at our cost.

4. Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to your bag is not an order. An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an email confirming it. That email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.

We accept your order when we dispatch it and send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if:

  • the item is out of stock or withdrawn;
  • the price or description contained a manifest error;
  • we cannot ship to the address provided;
  • we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction;
  • the order appears to be for resale without a wholesale agreement.

If we cancel, we refund the full amount paid, including any shipping, within 5–10 business days. We are not liable for any further loss arising from a cancelled order.

5. Prices, tax and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown exclusive of sales tax until checkout, where tax is calculated from the delivery address and added to the total. The total shown immediately before you pay is the amount you will be charged.

We accept major credit and debit cards, and the wallet and buy-now-pay-later methods displayed at checkout. Payment is captured when the order is placed. We do not store full card numbers; payment is processed by our payment providers, who are PCI-DSS compliant.

If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order. You are responsible for any chargeback fees where a chargeback is found to be unjustified.

6. Shipping, risk and title

Shipping terms, handling times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Title passes when we have received payment in full. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, our Shipping and Returns policies apply — contact us and we will resolve it with the carrier.

7. Returns

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in that policy limits any statutory right you may have.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product photography, illustrations, the Armoria name and logo, page design and code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape or create derivative works from our content, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission. Product photographs may be used by press and reviewers with attribution and a link to this site.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use this site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected database;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the site;
  • use automated means to extract content or pricing for a competing service;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law, this site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit your rights under our warranty or under applicable consumer law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

13. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites, for example carrier tracking pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or accuracy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chilton County, Alabama, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, please write to us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve the matter informally. Most issues are settled in a single exchange of emails.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms, together with our policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this site and any order placed through it.
