Overview
Armoria Studio LLC (“we”, “us”) operates this website and sells jewellery storage products through it. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We keep this deliberately short and specific. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will explain it in plain language.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Order details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you ordered.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email address and a hashed password.
- Communication: the content of emails, messages and return requests you send us, including any photographs.
- Marketing: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and the dates and times of visits.
- Cart data: items added to your bag, stored in your browser’s local storage so the bag survives a page reload.

Payment information
We do not receive or store full card numbers. Payment is processed by our payment providers, who receive the card details you enter and return only a confirmation and the last four digits to us.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with parties who are contractually required to protect it:
- Payment processors — to authorise and capture payment, and to issue refunds.
- Carriers and fulfilment partners — name, address and phone number, so your parcel can be delivered and tracked.
- Email and hosting providers — who store our mailboxes and serve this website.
- Analytics providers — aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, a court order, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks for cross-site behavioural advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries:
- Essential — keeping your bag and session working. These cannot be switched off without breaking checkout.
- Preferences — remembering choices such as your last viewed category.
- Analytics — counting visits and understanding which pages are used, in aggregate.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the shopping bag from working. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other websites.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: seven years, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Customer service correspondence: three years after the last contact.
- Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Analytics data: aggregated after 14 months, with individual identifiers removed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent to marketing at any time;
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting; we will ask for the minimum necessary.
California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know, delete, correct, or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of; you may still submit a request using the address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and payment pages are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders or answer your questions.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law, without undue delay.
Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
We are based in the United States and process information on servers located there. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
